Long time supporter of theatre events in Marlborough, managing director, Sue White has pledged sponsorship of the function room at the new ASB Theatre which overlooking Marlborough's Taylor River. the room will be named 'The Whitehaven Wine Room'.  The main theatre will hold more than 700 people and an additional theatre will seat over 200.

“We’re proudly Marlborough – we use only Marlborough grapes and we process everything here in Marlborough – and we value the fact that we can market our wines as genuinely Marlborough. That authenticity is vital to us and I am pleased to be able to give something back to this region for the privilege of being able to use Marlborough’s great attributes in marketing our wine in the United States,” said Sue.
